Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations and cancellations are accepted until noon the day prior to an event. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted as payment. Once the deadline has passed, those who have registered will be billed for the event, whether or not they are able to attend. Registrations may be transferred to another person in your firm if notification is given to the Chamber office either prior to the event or at the registration table. Please remember that the Chamber guarantees in advance reservations for food and beverages for every event. Those who register but do not attend will be billed.
As a member service, the Chamber has an annual pre-pay program for most luncheons and special events. Please take a look at it and complete it as appropriate. Should you desire additional information on this program, contact the Chamber office at 410-838-2020.
