Ralph Cardenuto, BRAC Program Manager from APG, will present an examination of the current status of the BRAC initiative, including a status of the construction at APG and APGEA, including up-to-the minute photographs never seen before.  He will also review the schedule for BRAC implementation, presenting the timing, size and impact of the various projects.

John O’Brien, Director of Small Business Programs for RDECOM (US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command), will discuss his office’s mission in supporting local business owners, with specific examples and “how to” directions on how local business can get involved with the Army procurement process and benefit directly from BRAC.
